Welcome to North woods Yoga. The current term ends May 24th and new students are welcome to join the appropriate level class. We have classes for all levels and new beginners are welcome. Call Mary at 526-5041 if you have questions.
The Gems from India workshop was a great success, thanks to everyone who took advantage of these special classes. The next set of these Friday/ Saturday specials: Friday May 25th 5:30-7:30 is a special BUILD YOUR HOME PRACTICE class, Saturday June 26th 9-11 am is OPEN HEART ASANAS for Stiff shoulders and an Open Chest, 1-3 pm is SIMPLE ASANAS TO MAKE YOUR BACK FEEL BETTER. All levels are welcome; class fee is $20. If you have a leftover class on your card you can use one of them for a $5 discount.
