Restorative inversions will round out our practice. For students with at least 6 months experience.
Saturday, April 30

Fearless, Graceful Backbends: What is the state of your nervous system in your backbends? Powerful presence and awareness without strain or force? Learn to access this lighter side of backbends
by bringing awareness to all the elements that awaken the spine and limbs. For students with at least 1 year experience.
2:30 - 5:00pm
Restore to the Core: Balance the morning practice and/or come to be restored through the power of
inversions and restoratives. This practice enhances the pure state of being and

Why should you practice Yoga?
"To kindle the divine fire within yourself. Everyone has a dormant spark of divinity in themselves which has to be fanned into flame.”
